Start a conversation about your business and the opportunities you want to offer. We are currently engaging employers and approving onboarding. Submitting information does not grant access, and employer features are not live yet.
Make the opportunity clear
When employer features are live, planned role tools will help you explain the work, essential skills, advertised pay, hours and location. Clear expectations help people decide whether an opportunity fits and understand what they could develop.
Connections built on choice
Connections depend on individual choice and your approved account capabilities. Contact details and a selected CV are shared only with the appropriate permission. A person can decline or withdraw sharing; candidate access is not automatic.
Useful information, human decisions
Use supported experience and real role requirements to guide a conversation. AI-assisted wording is not independent verification of a person's employment or skills. Your team remains responsible for fair assessment and appropriate hiring checks.
